The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) has released tenders for the six-lane expansion of the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, valued at ₹2,850 crores. The project includes 94.5km of widening work, 23 new bridges, and advanced toll plaza systems. UAE's ADNOC Awards $850M Facilities Management Contracts
Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has announced three major facilities management contracts totaling $850 million for their onshore operations. Contract FM-2026-01 ($320M) covers HVAC and MEP maintenance across 45 sites, FM-2026-02 ($280M) for integrated facility services at Ruwais complex, and FM-2026-03 ($250M) for technical services at Bu Hasa field. The 5-year contracts prioritize contractors with strong ERP systems for real-time reporting and compliance tracking. Bidding closes April 30, with awards expected by June 2026.
